All gear comes with a one day check out period!
If you don't like it, pack it up and ship it back to us within one day from recieving it for a refund of the price of the item!
(Sorry, shipping charges to and from us are not refundable!)

All new gear carries a manufacturer's warranty!
If it breaks within the manufacturers' warranty period, we will get it fixed for free!
All such warranties are subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer's warranty!
Again, shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer!

All used gear that is owned by us carries a 30 day warranty!
If it breaks within 30 days, we will fix it for free!
Again, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges!

All consigned gear is sold "as is" and carries a one week check out period!
If you find a defect in the item you can return it for a refund within one week, less any shipping charges!
Consigned items can only be returned within one week if there is a defect!
However, you still have the one day check out period for a full refund of the price of the item, less any shipping charges!

All used gear that is repaired by us carries a 30 day warranty on the repair only!
This does not cover if something else goes wrong with the unit!
We will make every effort to advise customers of of future potential problems
and whether or not an item is worth repairing in advance!
However, we can not be responsible for defects that are beyond our conrol!

All Credit Card and PayPal sales will only be shipped to the
Billing Address of the account that is being used to pay for the item(s)!
This policy is for your protection, as well as ours!

Rentals can only be reserved with a credit card!
A card holder or a cash deposit must be presented
in order to complete the rental!
A 24 hour notice is required to cancel a rental!
If a 24 hour notice to cancel the rental is not given,
the card holder who reserved the rental will be charged half of the rental fee!
